Abstract

马来西亚许多华人企业最初在这片土地上扎根,经营着家庭式小生意,并逐渐发展成今天规模可观的企业。这些企业世代相传,坚守着中华文化和母语教育的价值观,同时将中华文化的智慧融入到企业经营中,为马来西亚众多华人家族企业赋予了独有的特色和价值观。在传承与变革的过程中,原以中华文化为核心的华人家族企业如何自我定位?在过去一两年的新冠疫情冲击下,华人企业需要付出更多的努力,他们如何将中华文化视为宝贵的文化资源,展现出现代的活力?本文旨在探索马来西亚华人家族企业传统文化的传承模式,并探索如何在现有的文化企业基础上推进文化创新,再创高峰。

Many Chinese businesses in Malaysia laid down roots on this land by operating small family businesses before gradually develop into today’s large-scale enterprises. These enterprises have been passed down from generation to generation, adhering to the values of Chinese culture and mother tongue education, while at the same time integrating wisdom from Chinese culture into their business operations. This endowed many Chinese family businesses in Malaysia with unique characteristics and values. In the process of inheritance and transformation, how should the Chinese family business, with Chinese culture as its core, position itself? Under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic of the past few years, Chinese enterprises were forced to make more efforts. How can they regard Chinese culture as a valuable cultural resource and still show modern vitality? This paper aims to explore the traditional culture inheritance model of Chinese family businesses in Malaysia based on their current practice of cultural enterprises. The paper will also discuss how these businesses promote cultural innovation and achieve greater heights.
