Abstract

本文试图通过讨论1916到1918年之间,简照南家族内部对于南洋兄弟烟草公司未来发展的讨论(与北洋政府合作、与英美烟草公司合作,或者转型成为股份有限公司),指出在家族企业的拥有权在短期内的变化如何影响了控制权,并且拥有权和控制权这两项特征,何者在什么时候会占上风,进而影响家族企业的走向。此外,本文也指出,企业家精神也受到外在因素的影响,而非无所限制。

Between 1916 and 1918, members of the Jian family had discussed the three optins for the future development of the Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Company: cooperating with the government, cooperating with the British-American Tobacco Company, or transforming it into a holding company. The discussion among the members of the Jian family also pointed out how the ownership influenced the authority in a family business, when the authority or the ownership would become the more important factor, and 
consequently affected the trend of the family business. Moreover, the entrepreneurship was also restricted by external factors.
