It is necessary for preschool teachers to control the discipline to manage an orderly and harmonious classroom, which creates a free and happy environment for children to focus on their work and cooperation energetically. As results of low-order control, either adopting strictly compulsory management maintains apparent uniformity, or free development without guidance leads to unorganized freedom. The core of constructing an orderly and effective class is to develop the intrinsic order of each child, which requires high-order control by preschool teachers. And these basic strategies become essential, such as categorical guidance through observation of children’s behavior, positioning the problem crux through comparison of development indicators, innovative guidance approaches by focusing on individual differences and so on.
