Abstract

语文核心素养研究符合马来西亚华文教育改革的新要求。华文课程建设与时代发展存在紧密的联系,华文教育要顺应时代,朝向学生核心素养的发展。核心素养是现代社会对其所需人才标准的刻画,华文学科在核心素养体系中有着怎样独特的育人价值,也就是华文教育所要追求的目标,即语文核心素养。语文核心素养的提出使华文教育面临着许多现实问题,包括如何明确语文核心素养,朝向语文核心素养的课程标准,承载语文核心素养的教材,培养语文核心素养的课堂教学,针对语文核心素养的科学评价等教育课题。目前华文课程目标理念存在“语文知识”和“语文能力”的局限性,而“语文素养”又导致了“泛语文”和“非语文”等问题。华文课程需要一个新的目标理念,即语文核心素养来改进课程目标理念。本文将通过反思华文课程教学现状及存在的问题,揭示发展语文核心素养的必然性和迫切性,进而厘清华文科语文核心素养的内涵。华文科的语文核心素养应具有深刻的内涵,其语文核心素养应是华文学科本质的体现,是语文知识、语文技能、语文态度三个维度的综合表现,最终内化为学生必备的语文品格和关键的语文能力。我们需深入研究语文核心素养的内涵,才能发挥华文学科在学生核心素养形成和发展上的作用。

The research on Chinese core literacy meets the new requirements of Malaysian Chinese education reform. The construction of Chinese language courses is closely related to the development of the times. In order to adapt to the times, Chinese education must develop towards the development of students’ core literacy requirements. Core literacy is the portrayal of the talent standards that modern society needs. What kind of unique educational value can the Chinese language discipline cultivate in the core literacy system, which is the Chinese language core literacy goal that Chinese language education should pursue. The introduction of Chinese core literacy has caused Chinese education to face many practical problems. These include how to clarify the core Chinese literacy, the curriculum standards towards the core Chinese literacy, the teaching materials that carry the core Chinese literacy, the classroom teaching for cultivating the core Chinese literacy, the scientific evaluation of the core Chinese literacy and other educational topics. At present, there are limitations of “language knowledge” and “language ability” in the concept of Chinese curriculum objectives. Its “language literacy” has led to “pan-language” and “non-language” issues. The Chinese language curriculum needs a new goal concept, which is to use the core Chinese literacy to improve the Chinese language curriculum goal concept. This article will reveal the 
inevitability and urgency of developing Chinese core literacy by reflecting on the current situation and existing problems of Chinese language course teaching. It will further clarify the connotation of Chinese core literacy in Chinese language subjects. The Chinese language core literacy should have profound connotations, and its Chinese core literacy should be the embodiment of the essence of the Chinese language subject. It is a comprehensive expression of the three dimensions of Chinese knowledge, Chinese skills and Chinese attitude. This will eventually be internalized into students’ necessary language character and key language ability. We need to study the connotation of Chinese core literacy in depth order to give full play to the role of Chinese culture in the formation and development of students’ core literacy.
