受新冠疫情的影响,中国的经济增长放缓,我国高校毕业生就业形势面临严峻考验。当前高校毕业生存在的就业问题主要集中在待就业毕业生基数巨大、市场岗位供给不足、高校就业教育指导缺乏、毕业生就业观念缺乏创新等方面。本文研究新冠疫情以来我国高校毕业生作为就业主体的动态变化,重视宏观结构性因素对大学生的就业影响,紧密围绕毕业生、就业市场单位与高校三方主体,分析高校毕业生就业困境所在,找到政府、市场和高校三个层面的应对策略。针对存在的就业问题提出了具体的实施路径,通过拓宽就业信息渠道、创新就业教育模式、人才培养改革、就业精准帮扶、创业拉动就业等举措,有效缓解高校大学生当前的就业压力。
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, China's economic growth slows down, college graduates in China is facing a severe employment challenge. At present, employment problems of college graduates mainly focus on the following concepts: huge number of graduates need to be employed, the shortage of graduates market demands, the lack of employment education, Graduates’ employment cognition lacks innovation etc. In this paper, we analyze the dynamic changes of college graduates’ employment in China since the COVID-19 epidemic, pay attention to the effect of macro-structural factors on college students’ employment, mainly focuse on graduates, employment markets and colleges. This paper studys the employment dilemma of college graduates, finds out the coping strategies of government, market and colleges. To solve the existing employment problems, this paper puts forward some concrete implementation paths, which can effectively alleviate the current employment pressure of college students. The solutions include employment information channels broadening, employment education mode innovating, reforming personnel training, providing accurate employment assistance, and encouraging entrepreneurship to drive employment.
