Abstract

在社会需求和政策引导下,中国的学前教育学科正在快速发展阶段,这表现在学位授权点的数量明显增加,研究方向变得更加多元化。学前教育学科的教师和学生人数也在持续增长,为学前教育的本科和专科生提供了强大的师资支持,产生了显著的社会影响。然而,由于地区差异等因素,学科人才培养的质量结构存在问题,学位授权点的地区分布过于集中,学术交流渠道不够畅通,这些都无法满足社会发展的需求。而且,学科面临的资源有限,高校的绩效考核也存在不利影响。

通过运用SWOT分析法研究中国学前教育学科的发展策略,我们可以从学科发展的内部优势和弱点,以及外部的机遇和威胁等方面进行考察。具
体来说,我们可以采取抓住发展机会,实现学前教育学科的协同发展;弥补理论与实践之间的差距,提升学科发展的质量;利用良好的交流优势,弥补学科发展的不足;坚持学科发展的信心,拓宽学科发展的视野。通过SWOT分析法探讨中国学前教育学科的发展策略,有助于我们结合学科内在发展逻辑和社会需求逻辑,探索学科知识理论和学科知识应用,从而形成具有特色的学科体系。

Under the guidance of social demand and policy, the discipline of preschool education in China is in a stage of rapid development, which is manifested in the fact that the number of degree authorization points has increased significantly and the research directions have become more diversified. The number of teachers and students in the discipline of preschool education also continues to grow, providing strong faculty support for undergraduate and specialized students in preschool education and generating significant social impact. However, due to regional differences and other factors, there are problems in the quality structure of the discipline's talent training, the regional distribution of degree authorization points is too concentrated, and the academic communication channels are not smooth enough, all of which fail to meet the needs of social development. Moreover, the disciplines face limited resources, and the performance evaluation of universities has adverse effects.

By using SWOT analysis to study the development strategy of China's preschool education discipline, we can examine the internal strengths and weaknesses of the discipline’s development, as well as the external opportunities and threats. Specifically, we can take the measures of seizing the development opportunities to realize the synergistic development of preschool education discipline; bridging the gap between theory and practice to improve the quality of discipline development; utilizing the advantages of good communication to make up for the shortcomings of discipline development; and adhering to the confidence of discipline development to broaden the horizons of discipline development. Exploring the development strategy of Chinese preschool education discipline through SWOT analysis helps us to explore the theory of discipline knowledge and the application of discipline knowledge by combining the logic of the discipline’s inner development and the logic of social demand, to form a discipline system with special characteristics.
