中国民办职业教育教师评价改革初探 A Preliminary Study of Teachers Evaluation Reform in Private Vocational Education in China

在破除“五唯”(唯分数、唯升学、唯文凭、唯论文、唯帽子)背景下,中国高等职业教育领域教师评价改革成为关注的重要议题。中国民办职业教育作为高等职业教育的重要组成部分,应充分发挥民办职业院校在体制机制方面灵活的优势,86.75%的教师认为评价是为教师发展赋能,必须要开展破“五唯”、立“四有”教师评价改革。以“四有”(即有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心)教师标准构建师德师风建设长效机制,破除教师职称晋升、薪酬考核、绩效考核标准等制约民办职业教育教师评价的瓶颈,拓宽教师发展路径,助力民办职业教育健康持续发展。
Against the backdrop of breaking the “Five Only” system, teachers evaluation reform is an important issue in the field of higher vocational education in China. As an important component of higher vocational education, private sector should have fully utilized their characteristics and advantages in terms of institutional mechanisms and carried out reforms to break the “Five Only” policy and establish the standards of “four haves” teachers’ evaluation. By implementing “four haves” standards to construct a long-term mechanism to break the bottleneck that restricts teachers’ professional title promotion, wage evaluation and performance assessment etc. which can broaden career development pathways for teachers and promote high-quality development of private vocational universities in China.
